Description

Head Chef Michael Caines and his team have created a menu that is fresh and dynamic set in a stylish dining room overlooking the beautiful countryside.
The menu include dishes such as Waddeton pheasant served with cumin and pumpkin purée, lentils, button onions and a cumin scented red wine sauce, just one of the many dishes showing the talent and imagination of the restaurant kitchen.

The wine cellar has recently been created within the building to make room for some 10,000 bottles of expertly stored international wines and vintages. Specific wines and vintages can be made available for your visit, subject to prior arrangement.
