Description

Voted Michelin 2007 Pub of the Year. In the beamed interior country meets contemporary, with flagstone floors and comfy sofas. Ales offered include Golden Valley and St Austell Tribute.

Stylish, luxurious and well-equipped bedrooms, including rooms with four-poster beds. All rooms have bespoke beds with the finest linen, down duvets, traditional pure wool welsh blankets and an en-suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

Guests can eat outside from the award-winning restaurant in warmer weather or inside on colder days. The menu is changed every six weeks and is chosen because of the locally sourced ingredients, the kitchen uses home grown food from the organic kitchen garden.

Directions

Take the M5 south as far as junction 8, then take the M50 to Ross-on-Wye. follow the A40 as far as the Wilton roundabout. Take the A49 towards Hereford through Peterstow and turn left onto the B4521 towards Abergavenny. The bell is about 6 miles on the left.
