Frog Fortnight - Enjoy Family Fun at The Deep This Half Term

Jump into The Deep this half term (Saturday 11th to Sunday 26th February) and learn more about one our most loveable species, frogs, as well as a whole host of fun-filled family activities.

Throughout the two week period, we will be running a packed series of events, with something designed for all ages.

Hi I'm Frankie!

These include a frog workshop which will take place at 12.30pm daily (lasting approximately 45 minutes). It will give young people the chance to learn more about the different species of frog we have here at The Deep including blue poison arrow frogs, milk frogs and mantilla frogs. The workshop will also include games, colouring and the chance to make your own slime!

Our guides will be giving presentations at the Lagoon of Light to tell visitors about some of the exotic species that live here (quarter past every hour from 10.15am to 5.15pm).

Frog Fortnight at The Deep

Presentations will also take place at Endless Oceans throughout the day for those interested in some of our bigger animals including sharks and rays (half past every hour from 10.30am to 4.30pm).

Visitors will also get the opportunity to meet ‘Frankie’, our 5m tall interactive frog who walks, talks and even dances. There will be multiple screenings of our 3D movie each day.
