  • Step back into Downton Abbey with a unique tour

    The Heritage Motor Centre (HMC) has teamed up with ‘Parrys International Tours’ to offer visitors a unique ‘Downton Abbey’ tour. The highly acclaimed period drama may have ended on TV but visitors can still see some of its locations including Highclere Castle plus the chance to view some of the superb motor vehicles dating back to the Downton period of 1912 - 1922 at the HMC.

    To celebrate Monkey World’s 25th Anniversary this year, the Ape Rescue Centre’s Animal Director Jeremy Keeling will be re-tracing the journey undertaken by the first 9 chimpanzees that started a new life in the park in 1987. His non-stop motorbike adventure will cover approximately 900 miles, from Barcelona in Spain back to Monkey World in Dorset.
